Short Session Description: a discussion of how Princeton Learning Cooperative uses the North Star model to help teens live and learn without school

Full Session Description: The Princeton Learning Cooperative is a center which helps teenagers live & learn without school by supporting teens to create a personalized education based on their interests, abilities and goals. We are beginning our 4th year of operation in September and are part of a new organization, Liberated Learners, which directly supports the creation of these centers. In this session we will discuss: the North Star model, teens and pre-teens deciding to leave school, integrating long-term homeschoolers, mentoring teens to self-direct their learning, building community, and the day-to-day of supporting teens to live and learn without school.
