Why do some bright students give up or avoid challenges, while others persist in spite of setbacks? How does the way that we phrase our praise help or hinder motivation? What are Mindsets, and how can we help insure that our children have a growth mindset? We'll talk about ways to use effective praise, and why a student's mindset is so important to success not only in learning, but in life.
