Full Session Description (as long as you would like):
Mathematics education is a big source of worries, hopes, and dreams. What can you do at home to help kids learn the advanced math that is required in so much of today’s industries and technologies? How can families get together in playgroups, coops, and math circles to support the love of mathematics? Where can homeschoolers find online support?
We will address these and other early math ed questions. Our examples come from personal experiences as homeschooling parents, math circle leaders, and online community organizers.
