About Me
My children learning at home meant that we had time to build relationships, to laugh, talk, play, and to discover interests. I can't imagine having mothered any other way. I read outloud to my children many hours a day and learned lots of things from how roads are built to how to fold efficient paper airplanes.
In the process of being a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, I learned as much as my children. So, I wrote a book to answer people's questions about homeschooling Learning At Home: A Mother's Guide To Homeschooling, now in its third edition - August, 2007.
