About Me

I have been a teacher for many years and have taught in a number of settings including public school, after-school programs and homeschool co-ops. I have a bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts Studies with a minor in Music, emphasizing in Directing and Children's Theatre. I also have a Masters of Education in Curriculum with an emphasis in Integrated Teaching Through the Arts, which means that I know how to use the arts (music, dance, theatre, film, poetry, storytelling, the visual arts, etc.) as tools to teach core subjects like math, science, social studies and so on. My goal is to help homeschool parents learn how to integrate the arts with core subjects within their homeschool to help them create memorable and fun learning experiences for their children.
